I've been thinking about that as well. Wasn't the whole reason they switched from SFM to Unreal to bring their animations to the next level? I honestly think the scenes in some of their previous SFM films looked more realistic than what we have here. Maybe the cartoony/plastic-y style was intentional or they just needed to go with that for their real-time rendered animations (still no idea why they needed that rendering). I saw someone mention the animations of HydraFXX in this thread, and when I went to check them out, they were genuinely leagues above anything FOW's has produced in terms of graphical quality. Plenty of similar quality gifs on Twitter these days as well....other than that I feel like the animations could be higher quality, or more consistent in that regard...
All of this is really making me agree with the people here who've been saying they should have just stuck to movies. By now they would have even been able to produce their legendary "Asstroid Primed" movie with Samus which has been on hold for years.
