The sad truth is devs are reluctant to give regions much lower price because either people use vpn to buy cheaper keys or buy the game there and sell an account to western market. Simply we can't have nice things because of human greed.
The Pandora looks like sweat and body writing aren't classified as outfits, there's 2 current ones, the ones from devotion quests and level 40. They've already said more will be added in time.

It’s not really that complex, the gold-lined gifts you get from planets events are specific to the waifu you chose for it. Can’t mix those up.

Yeah, I have overlay off already for a couple years now, Might change around my graphics drivers to see if that fixes it. A reinstall and new save didnt fix either
