This was unfortunately a side effect of them trying that experimental 360 scene on the FENIX during her stealth mission. Rest assured she'll catch up in number in time. And do remember she does appear in other waifu's scenes as well
The gallery is like this because before the initial release they teased a bunch of totally-not-NTR and monster content as mandatory parts of the story. This isn't surprising for FOW but the game was being marketed at vanilla audiences who weren't familiar with them. People asked questions and FOW members gave some absolute gems in response like "You aren't forced to watch" which caused a small shitstorm.
Yeaaaah that's not how it went at all. If anything its the complete opposite. The only smut we see in the story are the ones between the captain and the ladies (recruitment and devotion), while everything else is in Pandora is for you to unlock and view at your leisure.
That's exactly how it went and you can still see the drama on the Steam forum and this thread where people quoted the original page before it was edited.
Just search for these quotes and you'll find them. I'm not saying this IS currently an NTR game, but I am saying that it was advertising NTR content before release and the backlash has effected the way the game is designed.

I'd have to disagree, we funded additional xeno animations, we'd seen the mantics in the blogs even before the steam page went up. If you weren't aware there'd be alien boning in a sci-fi based lewd game, I don't know what to tell you there.
Its the latter. Literally the only person that gets 'cucked' is the bad guy we took DEMI from before the events of the game. And I suppose, the way the story is going, the Empress Celestina is being seemingly attracted to the captain, despite Erark's attempts to charm her. But
Well we're at 0.9, the game steadily growing by a jump every 3-4 months since the first hurdle. Each update added a waifu's recruitment storyline, plus an initial sampling of their pandora scenes. Since July last year, they'd been adding the devotion missions to the game (the somewhat equivalent of mass effect's loyalty quests). Their culminating scene is being held til the full release of the game.
Okay, thanks dude. on the other hand though, I do hope someone compiles the shitstorm that went around once this game got added to steam or much earlier. What even GAVE the idea that it was an NTR-focused game?
The fact that the ladies can fuck other things besides the captain. While you could make the argument its all in Pandora and optional to view, some folk point to dialogue in the game that very much implies it happens regardless. So just the mere mention that these incredibly horny women might be satiating themselves with other lifeforms, yet still be in a promiscuous relationship with the main character somehow constitutes NTR. Despite none of them being dissatisfied or even hinting that they prefer one over the other. It fills like none of the bubbles of NTR, but evidently the idea of women having autonomy (which is kind of the theme of the game, given we're fighting a celibate empire that wants to control people having sex entirely) kinda just flies over their heads.
Because the game files carry both 1080p and 4k cinematics. It is a full title game after all.
