Blythe’s content ends with a scene of ‘wrap everything else cuz the final stuff is coming’ line. So we’re not there yet. It’s expected by the end of the year

Still a few months, we should be around 95% completion. Only the "ending" (I mean broadly, like I hope it's not just a single mission) is missing because they focused on devotion quests first. Probably before 2025 we should get the full game.

I sincerely hope we'll get some stuff even later, like some more Pandora scenes. I don't even care if it's just some already existing scenes but with different characters.

No they've been holding onto the rest of them for the 1.0 release. You don't need to test out the smut in an early access game.

As for the game size, that's down to the game having 1080p and 4k cinematic files in it.

I understand but frankly when it comes to games in development at a certain, I tend to elect to not view the rest til it’s completely done. It was rather painstaking to wait for Treasure of Nadia’s biweekly updates that added like a few screens of dialogue and one or two scenes. So much so I waited out the Genesis Order’s development from beginning to end.

That's a strange rope for them to hang themselves with. They're not selling it as "the game minus most of the lewd content" they're selling it as "the game as it is being developed", so that is what people will naturally expect when they pay for it, and when they get a whole lot of game with none of the actual stuff they wanted from that game, naturally they'll get pissy about it.

The people who backed the game, and the people who bought it, wanted porn. It would actually have made more sense to frontload the nsfw stuff and add the gameplay stuff as an afterthought rather than the reverse, because that was the idea they were selling when they made this game. Now they made some money, but their reputation is in tatters for it.

And I can almost guarantee that you're wrong, these devs have not been saving the nsfw stuff, they've just been fucking lazy with this game's development. Probably because it suits them to milk more money out of crowdfunding idiots who are actually dumb enough to still trust them after all this shit lol.

Well the subjective ‘cringe’ dialogue isn’t in the smut, so if that’s what’s important to you, it won’t matter.

The statement was in questioning how much smut would be added to the game in 1.0. If you’d been reading all the dev blogs you’d see there are many scenes they’ve teased that weren’t added to the game yet. The design strategy changed around halfway through (sova’s update) where just the newly added waifu got scenes. Lily was already nearing her total with 30+ scenes (not counting if she appears in other waifu’s scenes).

Also I very much doubt they’d want to do another game of this scale right after this, that’d just be exhausting lol.

I think the game sets a new standart to Adult games in regards of 3D Modeling quality, Cinematics, Voice overs, which almost no other games have. The Gameplay is very lazy and repetitive, i totally agree but the idea of even HAVING gameplay is sooo nice to me. The Maps are all the same so are the enemies, on ground combat you oneshot everything and it rarely has any strategy in it. But like i said even just having that instead of Clicking through 10000000 lines of dialouge is a crazy step forward.

It feels like the Graphics Team is 10/10 but the gameplay team is 4/10.

But anyway - Are there any other Games qualitywise as Subverse?

I've played all 3 NLT games which are similar in the sense that you can actually do something gameplay wise and i LOVED them. I also played Carnal Instinct which was great.

Do you have any other suggestions?
