Sorry for asking this out of the blue, I've been out of the loop since the Subverse Lawsuit thing, who won and what happened? Is the game still in development? Should I re-continue to support them? Who owns Subverse now? What happened to StudioFOW after the lawsuit?

I can't find anything on google about the afterstory.

Since Pool hasn’t said dick about it since stirring up that pointless drama (who gets that vindictive over google search results xD), I’ll assume that lawsuit went nowhere. If fow can deal with blizzard he’s nothing.

Yes the game is still in development, prolly another year left to go. They still own it. Supporting is up to you obviously.

That is mostly made up from the cinematic scenes since there’s 1080p and 4k videos included. I imagine that’ll go up even more when all the devotion scenes are added

Are the sex scenes videos or engine rendered scenes? I ask because I'm downloading the torrent and the movies folder is 25GB in size... So I assume all the scenes are videos, right? That would make the whole thing unmodable, what a disappointment.

There are cinematic scenes and scenes rendered in-engine. Mod support isn't planned.

He only talks in the story, he’s quiet during sex scenes. And the skin color is also just for pandora

Well, I can't believe that someone spent time and money recording this abomination. However, apparently this can be said about the whole game, it looks like an attempt to copy everything at once. Are there any choices that affect the plot? Is it possible to kill your companions here?

Full voice acting was a milestone in funding it. So we got what we paid for.

And your answers are no and no. The only things you really choose is what scenes you wish to unlock and view in pandora.

Blink twice if you have Stockholm syndrome from the developer. Fuck, I really don’t understand what makes people pay money for work that is worse than random renpy games. However, it’s up to you, if you like the game, ok, but it’s still crazy funny.

I was a backer. And the tone of the game was set pretty clearly from the first trailer. The description of his profile also made it clear what kinda guy he’d be portraying.

If it’s not your cup of tea that’s fine. But disliking one performance shouldn’t discount the entire game.

Personally I find it hard to go back to non-voiced Renpy stuff now, it looks so primitive by comparison now
