You’re welcome to your opinion. But I think it’s a bit hypocritical whenever there’s defenders that get called paid shills, and on the other end, people vehemently wanting the game to fail and FOW to just die. Tad extreme there me thinks.

Do I like it, yes, do I think some things can be improved, absolutely. A lot of those changes we’ve asked for though are in the 1.0 update. They didn’t modify the systems the whole dev period because changing things drastically mid development can cause catastrophic problems. And they don’t have the time and money to afford those kind of issues.

It’s a wait, sure. But in the end I think it will be worth it.

Honestly fair point, I think I’ve definitely given you a hard time compared to the insufferable pessimists that complain about how this game is bad.

I too like this game, and hope that it’s turns out to be a quality product, I got some grievances but I def don’t want FOW to fail.

The torrent file is a text file, it'll open as such in a new tab for most modern browsers and you'll need to save it locally.
Use your preferred torrent client to open the torrent file and download the game.

After almost 500 pages of messages there's bound to be people complaining, a lot.
I think people should cut StudioFOW some slack, though not too much.
Sure, the game's lacking in certain areas and scenes, gameplay is somewhat boring and often repetitive and the story might drag on, at least before we see the full release, but consider that it's the first giant project they do; they've never created a fully fledged out game, only animations, and even with all the funding in the world they wouldn't instantly create masterpieces.
It's kind of like Friday Night Funkin', where the devs created something for a gamejam if I recall correctly, and then saw the support to make a full game out of it. Obviously, things are difficult and slow because it's abnormal to expect everything to work smoothly from the get-go.
Subverse already puts a lot of effort in a lot of places other porn games don't, and it definitely erects a new standard, I think they'll address most of the issues either in the full release or after.

One thing I genuinely don't get though is why people complain about the dialogue. You saw it's a "Deadpool" styled dialogue game with shitty jokes and self-awareness, what else did you think you were signing up for?
Reminds me of Breathedge, it's Subnautica in space with this exact type of humor, and people who play it, knowing this,
still find ways to make it bad. Dude, that's what you downloaded.

The porn is nice but the game's writing is godawful. You can't go "but like the writing is supposed to be trash, you know???".

Sorry but I have no clue what that's about, see if anyone else has this issue with qBittorrent on any other torrents (google it). I just downloaded it now to test it and it seems to work. As a check, it should be a 335 kB file, that's what I got. If the file you save is of a different size it may be a corrupted download. See if perhaps your AV is flagging it or interfering with the torrent client in some way. I wouldn't recommend disabling your AV, that shouldn't be necessary, but I would check the logs just in case.

You’d just be seeing the rest of the devotion quests minus the scenes. So you’d be better off waiting a bit longer for the game to get to 1.0
