Thats what open betas are for. I wouldn’t have such a big issue if it was only 12 months but they are saying AT LEAST 12 months. That means it will most likely be in EA for years. I can promise you if EA wasn’t allowed or possible, they would have finished the game within those 12 months too. Cause if they didn’t see a dime before the game is finished, like in the old days, they will actually put the work in. Now we can look forward to years of lax development, like half the games on this site. Its such a pitty...

I've never played Dayz but I'm not going to be waiting 12 month I think that I would have ended burned out of this game by that time.

But in the old days indie studios either struggled to put out a game or just simply didn't. Back before EA no one would have dared take a huge risk like this on a porn game. Without early access this game might not have happened at all.
