Because talk about features, or promise content/features that doesn't end up materialize at a given date. Wouldn't lead to emo raging neckbeards on a rampage right? Just look at how many people act when a creator on this site get delayed with a update etc.
I get a black screen when the cutscenes (i guess?) play, is there a fix to this ? I downloaded the torrent

I understand but because of that, this AMA feels really bland because we got answer for only the less interesting questions.
I don't give a fuck to know if there is a jacuzzi on the Mary Celeste or if futa should / should not have balls.

Just read their Kickstarter update. Seems pretty genuine to improve the game.

That's honestly their best move, if you go and say ANYTHING people will hold it as a promise and shittalk you for eternity because you said something like ''we're trying to do xyz maybe/in the future''.
If you can learn one thing from something like No Man's Sky then it is to talk less and work more, ofc inform the people regularely on what's up tho.
Or in that case maybe the best move would have been to not hold an AMA when you don't want to say anything of note.

This may have been asked and answered already, it's a pretty long thread after all, but are they going to have dialogue and speech during the actual sex scenes? Maybe even have conversation choices and responses mid-coitus to add a bit more interactivity to the animations? I feel like part of a voice actors job in the porn industry is to say salacious and erotic lines, not just looped grunts and moans. I know they make a lot of risque comments outside of the sex scenes, but that's not really the same thing, you could have characters saying similar tongue-in-cheek double entendres in *any* non-porn game as well, like Dragon Age or Mass Effect.
Also, will there be an option to turn down the voice audio for specific characters? Because I seriously need to stop being able to hear the protagonist. Like I can deal with the fact that he's basically a Deadpool knock-off personality-wise, but the heavy Australian accent is really taking me out of the experience.

Yeah, but a patch which mainly consist of bugfixes doesn't interest people (and me too, I won't lie about that).

Maybe not to you, but a lot of folks were having issues with quests, so this'll help them in getting to finish what's there. It's more that they're showing they're listening and keep their promises.

Also apparently there is some new dialogue for the ladies, based on their devotion level. Yay for more character interaction

Did it take long to make this demonstration? Two years?
So, I really wanted to like this game, but I just can't.
The pace of the game is strange and the tutorial is 2 hours, most of the game you are watching a visual novel with Duke Nukem style humor. The mini-games are great and are well polished space flying mini-game is like a bullet hell style terrestrial combat is xcom style. But you didn't buy that for the mini-games that I would take on. The content you purchased is like a 3D gallery with animation loops of about 5 seconds. Some scenes have a slider where you can adjust the speed, but it changes the animation a little, but that's it. You cannot change the photos on the camera or change position you choose 5 scenes that you have to unlock through a point system. You have these 5 scenes selected when you finish you have to choose 5 new scenes that you want to see. Many scenes are static loops with no interaction.

This thread is an absolute rollercoaster, exactly like i knew it would be.
Scenes are decent (although not a lot), Voice Actors are good (although dialogue is an outright cringefest at times), but gameplay is lackluster.
Expected more tbh, but oh well. Time will tell if this actually will live up to the obviously very high expectations.
