If you buy a slave, the dot H animation will be played and the gold will increase automatically.
Every time you upgrade your brothel, you will be able to efficiently collect your desires.
Succubus animations will increase as the upgrade stage increases.​

What did you try? AFAICT it either needs accumulated interest or its a random chance thing. It took me 2-6 maxed resets(didnt count) closely to go from 8 to 9. Either way it just unlocks costumes and a bit of flavour text.

Well, this is lame. I was expecting some payoff with the trader, especially with there conspicuously being a slot for one extra room. Nope. Just a torn bunny suit. Don't waste your time like I did. Once you've unlocked the sorceress, you've seen all the sex in the game as far as I can tell.
