I downloaded mine from pixeldrain no such warning. I scanned the file before opening the archive, again I scanned the folder before opening it post extraction, scanned the child folder, and the executable directly all came up clean. I ran the game for several minutes no aberrant behavior to report. I think the girl is safe.

Man... This game was absolutely tiny. Barely a game. You also seem to get the majority of the content in about 20-30 minutes, and then you just waste time unlocking costumes and mini-dialog variations for the merchant girl. It doesn't seem like there's any payoff for working on her however. I got bored at level 8 and just stopped.
There's better things out there to play after all.
