Only issue I have is the food and drink do not display the correct price (apparently they scale with everything else, but the price displays as 15 always)

You can open save files with notepad or notepad++, saves location in Win10 C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\SuccubusContractDZ
the size is so big because of the sex scenes sprites, I can try lower they resolution and upscale to game window size, picture quality will certainly decrease but the game will at least start. It take some time, I will try to do it quickly, as soon as I finish I will add links
