It's actually worth offering yourself up to most of the Leaf Clan on account that you occasionally see the consequences of your actions, and the context behind this one is pretty interesting without spoilering anything. But my favorite scene so far is what happens when you submit to their general.
You can destroy her relic with pommel strike to make her less dangerous. Just make sure to not use an old save from previous chapters. Pommel strike was reworked to always hit while doing low damage and you need that 100 % hit chance or you can attack all you want and get nothing.

I think the only lactation scene so far is the cow succubus in the third area.
Probably you didn't played the game at all, you can't really miss the cow succubus since you need to beat her to go further in the game, anyway the only lactation scenes are from the cow succubus and the Parafrosini in the underground cave (rape after you beat her)
