IIRC you need to go talk to the barbarian (buff ones) chief to advance the story into chap 4
Did you do the witch hunter quest? Whoever you side with in the quest breaks the barrier.

The new artist did a fantastic job. It's just different than the old art but the quality is definitely top notch still. It's unfortunate of course because we're used to the old art. I think someone mentioned that it looked more "cartoony"? I'm not an artist myself but I believe that's because the old art used very thin lines or suggested outlines. The new art uses thicker lines which can attribute to a more cartoony vibe.
I'm not sure if the idea is for the new artist to mimick the old style or not though. Either way, I'm not too fussed. I still think the art is stellar.

I was also confused at the people complaining about the new art, because it still looks nice. I think it's just that people felt it was stylistically boring. The good aspects of the first artist is that the artist really added a ton of character to the succubi : It's hard to forget a lot of the succubi because they were quite unique (that angry goth one really sticks out in my mind). Meanwhile, only the 2nd of the 5 new succubi are visually more than just a girl with horns, and even then it rather looks out of place more than anything.
Overall though, I was never super jazzed about the art in this game. It's more the context and various dialogues (esp the lose after about to win ones) that tend to grab me.
so my last save from chapter 3 cant be used in chapter 4? cuz i dont see anything new other than the cat prank scene and the magic girl scene in the hideout, i dont know how to advance to the next chapter from there

It can be used. You have to speak with Tallius, the Hammerfall Tribe Leader. After that you can pass the dungeon entry on the world map.

It's a bug, I'll fix that in the new version.
We changed the saving plugin, and it works differently than the normal save.

Elves aren't neutral spirits, they make deal with neutral sprits.
The spirit gives then immense magical power while the spirit has a "safe harbor" to avoid being pulled to either heaven or hell.
Elven by themselves are "mortals", and yes, they can be drained like humans.

I read your review. I have addressed those points many times over.
My objective is not to drop mindless sex. I want this to be a serious game at the same time it offers sex scenes.
Sex is a natural part of life, so it can happen with the love interests. A young and healthy boy meeting young and health, beautiful girls will most likely result in sex. It's natural.
Succubi prey on that. And so they use their unnatural beauty and magic to seduce and kill you.
This is also the age of invasions, so they are very open about fighting you.
This will change in the next Eras, when they become like the succubi we are use to, hiding then attacking their prey.
So, no. This won't be just a "porn game". I prefer to say this is a "adult game".

I understand what you are saying, and I thank you for taking your time, but you and I can say that of every single developer, basically.
All developers work with a fetish. Take Lust Grim developer, for example. I don't like paizure, it does absolutely nothing to me. And I get frustrated with their games because that's basically more than half of the content and I love their succubi.
This game was created for people who enjoy energy drain and dangerous succubi.
I think you might enjoy it more once the optional girls (like servants) and love interests start to get scenes. In this game there will be 2 servants and in the next game 2 more will be added + the love interests will start to get sex scenes.

It was before (at least the sex scenes) but the remaining animations from previous chapters will get removed from the gallery once the dev updates it. The reasons are too much time was needed. The plan is to release a new chapter every 3 to 4 months.
With 100 chapters in total this is a must have to finish the whole project.^^

thank you so much for the saveI see that there are not many saves shared so here is my folder.
First saves are from a fully done Chapter 3.
Starting from the last instead there is a save before any sex encounter of cut scene.
Since the developer hasn't still implemented a serious gallery this is the only way... (and even the small recollection room is missing the fantastic scenes after you defeat the succubus...).
Can't say I'm happy with the artist change... Not bad for sure but not worth a quarter of the first one.
Will probably have to drop the game if this remain the main artists
Real shame, I loved the game especially for the CG.
as for the artist change, I have no idea why that happened but as a person who works with artists all of the time for my femdom comics and stories, I can only say that sometimes they can be incredibly difficult to work withZion sorry for constantly bothering you, I'm just really interested in the lore you made. But I have a couple of more questions, why dont they send female hunters to kill succubi instead of men or like you said well before in the forum, turn hunters into lichs to fight succubi without any problems (cuz you said vampires and lichs can't be drained)
so we're talking 3 to 4 hundreds months or 25 to 33 years

Every version adds an extea chapter to the existing game, so yeah, all chapters are included.
