Plus Aeolos owns him a favor for helping and he could threaten the whole defense against the succubus if we anger him.^^
You already have the angels around you who act strange and cold while asking mankind to fight a war against strong enemies. Wouldn't be a wise choice to have the pimp of succubus against you too.
The success or fail part could be dependable of Iole being successful or not to marry Aeolos, who is as we already know, not THAT loyal to only have an interest in his childhood friend. Zion said we can have fun with all four love interests but can only marry one later. Or at some point her decision about a specific scenario (like getting help for Aeolos from the angels before he gets ambushed by an army of leaf succubus and plant monsters) could lead to a bad end and we can influence her choice. That's my best guess.
At the end of chapter 3, you are given a choice: Face the Dutchess and her army of demons with the Hammerfall tribe, or have the Hammerfalls ask the God of Gifts for help.
The God of Gifts turns out to be an Incubus. Asking for his help puts you in the Incubus path.
Facing the Dutchess puts you in her path, and both have consequences.
I have no idea about those Iole conditions, though.

Zion said we can do all their quests and only have to decide at the last possible moment which girl we want to have as waifu. That's very generous for people who aren't much into replaying games. Just create a save file for that and explore all the content when the time has come.
I think all girls are interesting (non sexual) but for me it's Iole and Pylia who give me the biggest boner when it comes to sex. Ofc I will have them all, it's just about appearances.^^
You should ignore her for now and do the tribal succubus event first which will reward you with more agility. That way you will attack first. If you want it rough you will have to watch her attack pattern, heal when you have the chance to not get smacked right afterward and attack her with strong moves. Visiting optional dungeons and searching the main dungeons for new runes will help you getting stronger. Fishing and hunting for more health and mana helps too.
She won't run away, you can come back later but the reward won't have the impact if you wait too long.^^
I hope this is hinting at a possible bad end for Iole and other love interests where they gets turned into a succubi.
