So far the only events that still seem broken are the Goddess one (skips it when you select ''something naughty'') and the pleading Succubus, fades to black and then you are on the next level.

Edit: the Goddess one works when you reach floor 50 for some reason.

only 5 characters left, which are the two bosses, the alraune, the pink slime girl and sapphire. i fixed most of the events but will fix the rest tomorrow. i will finish the regular characters and slime boss, i won't be able to do the final boss most likely cause hers is long enough that its split into two separate files, after that i will be away from this for two weeks. ill fix all the events as well and will check for bugs but for now this is what i have.
Thanks for the update! This new ZIP file I've attached contains some changes for the past characters I've done, as well as translations for the final boss (Luxria1st & Luxria2nd). It includes fixes from theminioncarl, which are the following:
  1. JSON "keys" have been reverted to their original Japanese text.
  2. Special characters are properly "escaped."
  3. Text overflow.
As for the translations themselves, I enjoyed most of the changes you made, though I do have some propositions regarding certain lines:

LSuccubusColor:
Line 138: Remove the extra comma at the end of the list to fix JSON parse error

Slime:
Line 100: "With this pace, I'll absorb even more of your EXP~♥" to "At this rate, I'll absorb even more EXP~♥"
- Simplifies the Slime's speech, to better match their simple/playful nature
Lines 125 & 180: "Delicious" to "Yummy"
- Makes the Slime sound less formal
Line 142: "Stroke stroke~♥ Becoming my food must feel so good~♥" to "Fap♥ Fap♥ Does it feel good to become my food~?♥"
- Keeps the original text's phrasing as a question

MaidSuccubus:
Line 81: Removal of the question mark
Line 90: "Oh no~♥ He managed to get away..." to "Oh no~♥ He got away..."
- Slight text simplification
Line 120: Added a ♥ after "faster~" (likely intended)

I've also added how I translate certain common expressions or onomatopoeia to the Translator Notes.txt file. For most cases, I typically keep the sound the same (e.g. ほらほら = Hora hora, うふふ - Ufufu, ちゅう = Chuu), but I am aware other translators like to interpret it under an English equivalent. If there's anything y'all would like to add to the list, please feel free to do so; hoping this will help keep the translation consistent across the different dialogues.

As a side note, would anyone be interested in creating a spreadsheet or some equivalent, to help keep track of progress on the files? Ideally, this would help reduce clutter in the forums and make it much easier to provide real-time status updates.

Appreciate it when i get the chance i'll update it, also in regards to the commas those were originally there from the creator, i'll try running it without the comma errors to see if it still works but ive just left them untouched since it seems to be working correctly

here is an updated PCK for the latest version with my files carried over. ill make adjustments to the other bugs soon. ver 1.03
Seems like the gallery translation was broken by the update, it's all back to JP text. A new tab was added of what looks to be all possible encounters in game, and an event replay function was added (at least I don't think the event replay function was in the game before).
I don't remember if the floor transition text was translated before, but if it was, then that was broken too.
That's all I know of at the moment.

Super good work on the translation work so far! I wish the best of luck to all who've been involved with working on this project. Just remember not to burn yourselves out, take breaks when needed!
I appreciate it and I plan to be away from this for at least 2 weeks for the holidays, I'll drop in to put patches in or fix bugs but won't be doing any translating for a little, at least not until December. I can say one thing that this whole game should be translated by December 15th at the latest, that I can promise. one thing I want to ask if someone could try while i'm away is if anyone could try to see if they could find a way to edit card text cause I know a ton of people have been requesting me to try that but sadly i've had no luck and don't have the time currently to look into it. any of the in game items as well. i'll drop in and drop bug fix patches when i can but once i get back and finish finals I'll have all the time i want to work on this. stay safe everyone and have a great thanksgiving if you celebrate it.

I've looked through the png.ctex files and .jsons and haven't found any referring to card description text.

Could it be in these C# files?

I noticed opening the .res file in Godot requires the following dependencies:

It's a bit of a challenge, since I cannot access the original .tres files and the C# files appear empty. For those who have also tried looking into translating the card descriptions, what have y'all found? Is this the right approach?

I have just 100% and finished my 2nd playthrough of the game's hard mode. Some tips for people who want to give the challenge a shot.

You can cheese the entire game if you luck into the golden gears' event. By continuing to pay 50 gold, you can roll into debt and get an infinite supply of items (as there's no limit to the amount of debt you can go, and nothing stopping the event)

You can undo mistakes and events by exiting to the game's title screen and clicking continue to restart the battle/event. This gives you infinite retries, and even works during hard mode at path choices, shops and bunny wheels. Just make sure your hp don't drop to 0 and restart before the end (screen transition) of the event/battle.

For a no cheese run, the meta deck is definitely a defense deck. You can destroy everything using the combination of the red shield and green shield artifacts (1st one makes so whatever leftover defense blocks you have at the end of the enemies turn, turns into aoe damage, while the 2nd one makes so your defense blocks carry over to your next turn, and doesn't run out). If you combine that with the triple shield guy golden card (doubles your current defense, makes it carry to next turn), shout card (makes a copy of your next used card) and purple impact card (gives defense = to your current discard pile) you win.

The blue sword and the 9 cost lighting golden cards are also incredibly powerful in any deck. The sword damages the enemy and gives you defense equal to the damage, and the lighting 45 total damage. Combining those with the Red (adds +4 damage to every hit), gray (adds aoe effect) or the other red gem (gives a copy of the current card at its current cost) makes for some massive damage and cover. Just remember to open your deck and drag the gem to the desired card whenever you get one.

That's it. Incredibly fun game, with beautifully animated and detailed pixel art, and no AI bullshit. Go support the creators if you can :)

I beat this game without applying a translation patch (so I did not understand shit) and just now I realize that the stone thingies can be infused with cards to buff them and that the third button in the main menu is in fact the gallery I was looking for and not the quit button.

On an unrelated note is there a way to add the second sex scene of the final boss in the gallery? It seems to be missing even though her second temptation attack is there.

The black maid right? The Idea is to either break her defenses in order to reduce her attacking power (the more you break it the weaker her next attack gets), or to surpass it by sheer blocking. Combining my recommended setup with either the lighting card or this Shield Bash card (deals damage= to defense blocks +5), you can break her defenses and/or survive through her damage.

Isn't this the same circle that was making all those OneShota beat em up games a few years back? If so looks like they completely shifted styles here.

I just looked at their DLSite page and nothing else came up besides this game, so I'd imagine not. Unless they changed names outright, in which case, would you remember their old one?

Right the group I was thinking of was called ExcessM. This group I recognize now as making 2 AI generated games, one themed around a Dragon Quest Fantasy sort of story and the other being a Super Sentai themed one where you of course get into femdom situations with hot female villains. This one seems like a tricky one to translate though as it doesn't even look like the cards have actual hookable text in them and only the storyline stuff is in a proper text format meaning they can't even be machine translated properly let alone manually translated. At least that seems to be the case from the latest translated files in the thread for version 1.3. Hopefully it's easy enough to at least figure out what the different cards do so the game isn't too difficult to play this way.
