It doesn't work for me. I downloaded the latest version from the bepinex page you provided and extracted it into the game's folder. I then ran the game to have it generate the config folder but that already didn't work.

Yeah, that dual coffin reaper spot... gotta take those coffins out ASAP... ignoring anything else that has spawned! The "Impossible" difficulty arena for Division also results in a similar situation.
I agree that RNG plays a big role in how successful the run is... and sometimes it's better to ignore mobs (especially if already geared up with the best equipment and save their durability) and sprint through to the next act (where they cannot pursue).
Here's my updated saves/progress with everything unlocked (including the challenges completed on every difficulty.. including 'impossible' thanks to the cheat plugin
) - mostly was trying to figure out if there were some kind of conditions preventing from unlocking the last 3 arenas. Seems like it's intended though...

I reinstalled the game and now it works for the most part. The only issue I have now is that the main character gets stuck in the air in a fucking animation but there's no actual enemies nearby.

The mod is great, the only thing it doesn't work on is the futa dick on the characters.

Load level
remove clothing and turn on "Futa" for Serah, Dorthy, and Nelle
Their futa is censored.

A lot of it depends on RNG but I managed to do it with only one holy hammer on a non-virgin and everyone else unarmed. Try to focus on one boss; if you want to be especially mean you can keep letting one of your teammates get fucked by the other one (this might take a couple of tries to keep your remaining teammate focused on fighting). I recommend the elder one, since she casts the barrier and doesn't teleport as much. Also use your dodge roll, throughout your run actually. The less corruption you have going into the battle the better you'll do. When the monoliths show up, don't go after them, just keep the fight away from them
Slime area, which adds slime maids, warrior slimes, breast (and cock) sucking jellyfish, mushrooms, and a large slime boss.

plugin is updated.
plugin removes all mosaics on screen when new character(or mob) is spawned. but it was state change.
I tried that game start with Futa, there was no problem.
