I used Dorothy's charged rock attack 4 times to destroy it, it doesn't have anything behind it thoDramatic overkill!

One loadout is the last one? (also nope, you unlock loadout even if you lose, unless loadout specifically requires it. Again, 5th one is unlocked upon getting a blade and you can basically insta-give up and get it (I think)

It sounds like a curse that makes tracking of enemies better (they basically always follow you between rooms)
the horn looking thingy? figured that one out, it prevents you from getting curses when you force unlock the big chests in the treasure room
Dev just said on Steam they would adjust the price after the sale ends.
Mind you, it probably wont go lower than what it currently is with the sale, but the base price should be lowered.

After extracting the contents of that to the base game directory (where you have the Succubus Heaven.exe), place the SuccubusHeaven_helper.dll into the BepInEx\plugins directory path.

BepInEx 6.0.0-pre.2 uses unhollow. but unhollow is supported any longer. (my plugin is compatible with interop. not unhollow)

but BepInEx 6.0.0-pre.2 is using an interop. That's why compatible.
Saves at the slime pool. First save is at the doppelganger boss fight. 2nd one is a fresh save at the start of the pools. Loadout used was the advanced start and no-game over blessing has been applied. For those having trouble finding the slime pools, if you are lucky when you enter the catacomb transition section (i.e last floor last segment of the catacombs, every area is two floors total except for final area) the exit's might be labeled after you open the teleporter. Pay close attention because one of the exits might quickly flash "slime pool".

Dang that's one hell of a bug. There's no new-game plus system aside from the bless and curse system so each run does not have any form of level skip but I assume you teleported back to base and then couldn't leave and got softlocked.
