This game starts out really strong, but good God the pacing hits a brick wall once you get to the second throne room scene. Conversations that just go on and on without saying anything important. I finally gave up once I got to the scene in the bar where you talk to the two girls and just started mashing the space bar to see if continuing would be worth it. Once that ended the game (so far) was just over. The dev needs to seriously rein in the exposition dumps and don't have a single conversation last more than a few minutes.

I mean, this seems to be going for a fairly traditional VN-style, so its going to be lots and lots of text with a few times of input.
Like, if a conversation is only a few minutes long, you're expecting a lot of choices or something? Or do you think the characters talk too much?
Conversations usually go on and on after all, people don't just summarize everything right at you straight up. Just the natural flow of how talking works.

That's not necessarily the problem with this game. There is just way too much information about that blue bitch being frontloaded in the throne room scene rather than letting us get to know her naturally:
- we learn that she is afraid of men from a monologue
- we learn that she is clumsy from a handshake, a gesture that we haven't performed with any of the other characters, making it feel even more unnatural
- we learn that she can't control her powers through a scene that has zero consequences and got shoehorned in rather than saving that trait for a way to spice up an actual sex scene
- we learn that the slime bitch is her emotional support pet through a scene that has way too many different shots because the dev knew this scene dragged on and decided to make themselves even more work rather than to just cut their losses
- we also learn that she's a hot spring autist, because apparently that is a necessary plot point.
It doesn't help that this drag of a racism scene follows immediately after with zero porn to break up the pacing inbetween. Visual novel "choose what move is arbitrarily going to work against a trained fighter with a bladed weapon"-scenes fucking never work, the racism is not even cartoonishly evil because of how flat it falls, and the adopted part was about as on the nose in terms of writing as the previous scene. I don't even remember anything else that happened in that scene.
Normal conversations can drag on, sure, but writing is only supposed to emulate the flow of a conversation as one of the many things it's meant to achieve, and it doesn't even manage that with how much pointless bullshit ends up unnaturally breaking up a scene. And there is too much information being thrown at the player with zero reason to give a fuck unless you have an autistic hate boner for writing like my schizo ass does. This isn't even the biggest problem since bad writing is to be expected with porn. The problem is that all this bad writing is usually excused for being a setup for a porn scene. BUT THERE WAS NO FUCKING PORN IN THOSE SCENES.
Even if this was a novel with absolutely no input, the pacing would still be a problem. Two characters sitting in a static location where they just ramble endlessly without ever getting to anything interesting or relevant to the story would make for a bad book or movie as well. Good writing should be economical with its words, and consider whether a given scene or conversation needs to be as long as it is. Brevity is the soul of wit and all that.
Also, to be blunt, let's be honest with what's being written here. You're not creating the next great American novel; it's porn with a story mostly cribbed from established anime/hentai tropes. There shouldn't be an extended sequence where just nothing happens for 10+ irl minutes.
You missed all the clues scattered around that the Queen's court is heavily infiltrated by various succubi. Have you considered there might be a reason the court mage is afraid to touch the MC?

Just because its a porn game, doesn't mean you need porn every 5 minutes or you're gonna die.
MGQ and Paradox Quest don't have porn that often, and to be frank, you really shouldn't be playing them for that anyway since its everything else that is good.
And you're just dismissing scenes as 'irrelevant' without anything to back that up. All you really mean is, "I don't find any of that interesting."
There's hardly enough of the game out to judge if anything being shown or told yet will become relevant in some way, or if its just character building.

Doesn't really change the fact that almost every interaction with her in that scene feels like an inorganic plot device that frontloads all of that information rather than to just let the player take a breath and explore these traits of hers in later scenes. Ngl, I was too pissed with her yapping to consider the touch succubus thing, but that still doesn't change shit about the pacing I was bitching about. If anything, that just adds to the problem. Suddenly, there is an actually important piece of information being hidden in this slog for a slight plot twist later on, but drowning that piece of information by making a scene drag on for so long that you can now create a criminal profile on that character isn't good writing. It's like "ha, you though the writing was shit, but there actually was a point to it!", but so what? I still had to waste however long clicking through the scene. A good reveal later on does not change the experience you had in the moment.
Edit: Probably should mention that I'm mostly pissed with the disparity in pacing between the version where the court mage got introduced and the previous one. Game started out more than perfectly fine.

Don't know about the current version, but I think there are only a handful of scenes in here as of last time I played. The first scene with the succubus is definitely femdom, while the slime scene is less femdom and more just kinky. Then there is the hospital scene where the doctor plays with your dick while you're asleep, but whether you want to consider this femdom or not is up to you.
Gotta mention that the game sets up plenty of maledom for the future, especially with how the succubus who "owns" you is being set up as clumsy and incompetent enough for you to eventually fuck her into giving you your freedom. It just depends on whatever scenes and routes the dev develops first, really. Animations are really good regardless and the models look pretty decent, so I'd at least give it a try now and bookmark it for later.
There was a 4th H-scene added in the 0.03c update. It is heavy femdom, but it's not in the "main story branch". It's tucked away in an optional game over route.

Not that it should be a big surprise, because medieval settings tell you to never trust a dowager queen.

A few custom 3D environments for the streets of Medula weren't quite ready yet at the time of 0.03's release. So a placeholder exists there until 0.04.
For anyone reading and curious, you can click yes to view the scene, and find some "extra detail" in the game over branch before the actual scene starts (if you don't like hardcore femdom and want to close out before it begins).
But it is a very well-animated scene.
