From what I'm seeing it seems like he's taking his time with this new character story, he's already introduced enough to be able to continue the plot for at least a certain amount of updates, now inserting a new character creating a survey for each physical characteristic to finish it will lengthen the release of the update if not in mid-December maybe in January
