Click R to get teleported to the statue, and just go back until you get to the path blocked by vines. You can use Dash to get past through it.

I know there's one under the platform. Just stand on the button until you almost get in range of the gobo's cannon, drop off and go under.

how do i activate the "secret here"

Was the scene with the goblins removed? I see it referenced in previous versions, but in the latest version they fire too frequently to dance in front of them for any length of time, dancing just behind them does nothing, and attacking them makes them disappear.
