No, that tends to be a problem in old RPGMaker games. You can mute music from the F1 menu or use Windows volume mixer to turn down the entire program, mostly

Many ATC files will have a pass too to download. Try 'sq', 'SQ' , 'sqdt', 'SQDT, 'lars', 'ayxect', etc. you got the idea

Note that most mods, apart from the /graphics-only ones, will overtake whatever's been TL'ed here (at best), or bug the hell out (at worst). It's much safer to use vanilla SQ if you get a mod (or it's days/weeks of work to TL them)

Though if you want to fiddle around with things, you could set up the environment to patch the game yourself, in which case it would probably work if you replace existing data files with modded files and then run the patcher, which should get duplicate strings translated, generally solving logic problems, but any new texts would be untranslated still of course, but if you made it this far, I think you could also see how the edit the translations

I was referring to the pass to download the ATC files.
And yes, the ATC files themselves will require the "Attachecase" program and a specific password file: the icon file from SQ1, if not the ico file from SQ2/Ayxect's short dream, if not the Stella mp3 file from SQ2/SQ short story.

I haven't looked into the patcher's code, but one of the main issues with mods was, they did not overwrite any of the original code (bar sqpatch, and other rb files?). Instead they use new files which override the \data ones..
So you'd need to cater for new P_ and Q_ files (the way I used P_states), or direct names recognitions will break - the outfits being the perfect example, but there's more. The problem is, it may be hard to notice the difference unless you're very used to the game's mechanics.

There's the solution of renaming dem files, and moving them to overwrite the files in the \data folder. You'd need to anyway if you were to use RPGMXP to browse/edit these append files. It's a headache in any case, really not to mention the massive amount of new text...
For the untold rest, if you're familiar with Rhapsodia mods, you know what I mean already: a herd of rb files

However the 100% book issue I was not able to reproduce. I checked the script for it and as long as it reports 100% on mood max, it should work unless you have system data of already receiving it
