Full save here (keep save slot 1 open if you want your own file to remain). I also modded it so you have 99 of everything that you'd need to do basically whatever.

Couldn't mod it so you have 99 orc potions though cause you'll be soft locked otherwise. Rem is also max stats, considering she can force a loss.

I saw nothing when she was with the other succubus at the waterfall, and nothing when she defeated the soldier

Tried multiple installs, multiple tries for the uncensored patch and have no H scenes. Yes, the patch was installed correctly, following the instructions in the OP.

EDIT: After manually replacing all the files, ( copy paste doesn't work ) I can see tits now and no flowers, but everything else is still censored. I give up on this game.
