RTP = Run time Packages. It's the core files/assets for RPG Maker. Some games only give you the executable files and require you to have installed the RTP of that version of RPGM. Saves on having to download all the game assets each time.

Game description is awful. Hope the writing ingame is somewhat better.
pics look decent.

usually i wait for 0.3 but since this is the first time i see this game and its 0.4already i'll just wait for 0.5 now XD

Ungh...RPG Maker. Not really a fan but it sounds interesting enough to at least try. Is it at least the RPGM version that has mouse controls? (Which one is that btw? Ace?)

No it does not have mouse support. Heck, its resolution is only 800x600. I think it is the oldest version of RPGMaker. But, its a decent game IMHO.
