There was talk of making one long ago, but the file you get with the game is as good as it gets. Any details you can glean from the thread, I'd say, as the game has been thoroughly explored (and the FAQ answered time and again).

Don't run it from OneDrive. It corrupts the path the game sees and tries to load from.

The usual shortcut is Alt + Enter on Windows. Should work for Succulence, if memory serves.

F5 works, too and makes it full screen without changing Windows' internal resolution.
