No I think this game is already completed. Pinky Pads make very short, but high quality games.

I seriously don't know why they stopped at version 0.1.6 like, don't give me false hope just to crush it ;-;

I really hope they didn't. This is one of the most beautiful games I have ever seen on here. It's second only to Under the Witch in terms of graphics.

There isn't exactly an ISO standard for it. Devs index their versions however they please.

But if they use decimals then completed projects are normally *at least* 1.0, yes.

I think it is not finished yet, because at the end it says "end of demo", furthermore there are other places on the world map that do not work yet.

Well if its not finished its abandoned. No further updates about the game anywhere and all the games from this dev have been short as fuck anyway. I doubt this ones any different. Still, this game was hot. In my opinion the best.
