Yapper warning
Fwiw, I think the crux of the issue with the art is that even in both versions it lacked weight and impact, especially in the standing cgs. For example:
1, 2, & 3 all have conflicting anatomy going on with her breasts. 1 makes it seem like she's holding inflated balloons, not her breasts. 2 has the same issue, but it's amplified by the breast on the left just floating in the air. The breast that isn't being held up by a hand should not be suspended forward like a torpedo, as the corset below isn't pressing into it, nor does it have a cup to support the breast.
Breasts have weight to them, unless they're artificial and forced to hold an unnatural shape, which is what her breasts look like in her art. It's subjective, but I find the artificial breast shape unattractive. To each their own, ofc. 3 has the best shape, but even then it doesn't feel quite right, imo.
3. has an issue with the posing. The right hand is just kind of hovering with nothing to do, which makes it seem unnatural. I think they wanted to convey a dynamic feeling, like she was moving, but it doesn't quite achieve that. Also, it shows inconsistency with her breasts and facial structure. Her nipples are in a completely different location compared to other standing CGs. I think this has always been an issue with the art, though.
Another subjective complaint, but I really don't like the overruse of her tongue in many of the shots (i.e. the ahegao face.) A tongue-out pose can be really hot, but not if it's the primary way you convey her arousal. What about clenched teeth? A silent gasping 'O'-shaped mouth? Tightened lips with half-closed, glossy eyes? There's a lot of options that I think the new artist could explore.

TL;DR: It's definitely NOT bad. It just isn't great. This is the kind of art that I think is servicable for a game that never really gets funded, but I don't think it's the quality of art that could be used
as the overhaul for a game with significant funding. At roughly ~2-3k per month after Patreon's cut, I don't believe this hits the mark for an art update.
Again though, I thought the art of the game was fairly weak pre-overhaul, so my opinion probably isn't all that helpful as feedback. It felt too stiff then, and still does. I really think that a lot of these issues could be mitigated by better art direction and intent in the posing, but that would obviously require another overhaul lol
