Yes, but the official English/Global release got all the voice acting stripped out except for Meimei, the main girl.

Apparently the former going by other accounts, but if you pay the game's VNDB page a visit you can find a link to an unofficial patch that restores all of the missing voicelines to the entire cast. Been playing with it patched from the get-go and no missing dialogue so far.

awesome, THANKS! I actually bought both the japanese and english versions of this game to support it, but was surpremely disappointed to discover they had removed the voices from the english release, and was hoping someone would fix it!
