She can be stolen if you get her to have a baby with the old dude who gave you Hazel.
Getting any of the girls to have a baby with anyone is bugged as after they give birth and you try to select "talk about children" again it jumps straight to getting pregnant by the same person again.
Bri bugs out after first child is born.
