Yes they're the one who makes Niplheim's Hunter and Explorer of Yggdrasil.

This art is trademark of Black Train, very easy to distinguish. And always loving the artstyle

You need to go to all of the other areas with the cracked pillars, should be about 3 of them. If you don't know what to do you can ask the peddler in the tents for advice!
