This just reminded me of a certain scene from City of Broken Dreamers that illustrates your point very well (only it's worse). A scene I had been looking forward to for a while and when I finally got to it, it started out very promising.

As you say, it's kinda annoying when the LI does it. The MC coming up with that by himself when everything was perfect is just next level trolling.

Summer Heat probably won't have these things either, unfortunately, but hey, at least we know that the devs can make even casual clothes sexy, so there's that.

Literally just got to this scene yesterday on my first playthrough. There's an Eva Lovia scene out in the wild where she's wearing that and all I could think about while watching this play out was, "MC must not have seen it".

one of the best scenes is in away from home, where mc has an opportunity to trully enjoy some quality time/sex lingerie.

If we do get some "clothed" scenes here (as in sexy lingerie), it will probably be with one of the MILFs, or maybe the Ember girls. Somehow I doubt the 4 young "mains", most of whom are presumably still blushing virgins, thought to pack raunchy underwear before heading out for this trip. But then, I can totally picture Cassandra rocking a nice set, or Officer Lainey keeping parts of her uniform on during some, hm, strip and search proceedings.

I must agree that the update is taking way longer than I ever expected.
That being said, I'd still wait until it's finally published before judging if the long wait was justified both in terms of quality (most probably it will) and length (we'll see). I think they still deserve the benefit of the doubt, and rest assured that I'll give my honest opinion after playing the update. I always try to be 100% honest, no matter how much I like the particular game I'm criticizing; from my POV, the groupie approach wouldn't help the devs at all.

Unfortunately it's more boring than that as Patreon has removed the Goals function from the entire platform, including ours. New creators have also been unable to create goals for a while now.

I must agree that the update is taking way longer than I ever expected.

It would've been possible to release a version of CH05 that's the same size as CH04 already, but we decided to extend the chapter to include the full evening and night content for the sake of a better player experience. We made this decision a long time ago and we intend to stick to it. This does of course come with the unfortunate downside of the update taking longer to create.

Regardless, honesty and feedback is always appreciated, in any shape or form! That's why we do a feedback survey with every release so anyone can leave their thoughts anonymously.

I can't say if something is milking or stalling until the update drops or it takes a cartoonishly long amount of time for the update to drop, which is usally around the 10+ month mark, at least in my personal estimate.

Am i happy that it's taking so long and that the update meter has barely moved in the last 2 months... no but i am hoping that's because of the update itself, as in more animation, much more renders, more interactions and places to visit, etc...

I did say months and months ago I would rather we have 3-4 month updates that are shorter but still satisfying, rather than wait 6+ month for an even bigger update to drop, you forget a lot in those 6 months, you also avoid unnecessary complications and delays, cause the longer you work on an update the more things can go south, from someone getting sick to family members being in all sorts of predicaments, to complications with the game itself, etc... Although i ended up being attacked over that and people told me they will wait no matter how long as long as the quality is good, so here we are. My original estimate of 6 weeks wasn't even close it would seem, i am getting worried obviously but again i am hoping all of that is due to increase in workload rather than the devs becoming the new ICSTOR or Lewdlab...

I have faith in them, the game is still relatively fresh and they could grow so much more.

I acutally liked this version slightly more. But I think the devs wanted her to look more like miss hill since they're siblings

I'm actually in the opposite camp. I'd even go as far as saying Cass got promoted from being a forgettable side character to competition with the main LIs (for me, at least) with her more recent version (putting being revealed to be related to Ms.Hill and the sex scene aside).
I literally went from "Who the fuck is car lady?" to "Mmm, goddamn." when I first saw her in the last update.

I don't know, man. I'd bet Sophie by default is always just rocking something raunchy. Why? Because she's just TOO. DAMN. SENSUAL to be wearing something boring.
Although, I'm not opposed to that kind of Cassandra scene ...
