Basically in the southernmost countries like Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia and a couple others. The season division stated there is a bit flawed though, since the Southern Hemisphere summer starts on the 21st December and ends on the 20th March, so December is mostly a spring month while most of March is still part of the summer (just like in the Northern Hemisphere most of June is spring and most of September is summer; it's definitely still summer where I live, with 30ºC during the day and 20ºC at night).it depends on place where you live, there is still hope for Austrialian Summer

Haven't been following recently. Are they going to release the full chapter all at once or are they still doing 2 parts, day and night?

The next update is about evening and night. After that the "chapter" building ends and they will switch to just numbers and shorter content updates.
Luckily we will not have a "rework of earlier chapters for improved graphics" like others do
