i hear you brother but i think that's more of a kneejerk reaction on our part. I don't believe for an instance that Northpx is just blissfully unaware of the current consensus of their community. Its more of a side thing that they are interested in working on while delivering what the general expectation is. Hopefully opening new opportunities for future content while not burning their passion out.

Did anyone ask for it? Definitely not but I doubt its actually screwing with their goals for some real story and scene progression. Now if we get TOASTERGATE 2.0 then you're right and my entire existence is put into question.

I really hope that is the case.

Having a customized gallery (i.e. "clothing simulator") as a means to view the renders they've already made via their Patreon clothing polls is a lot more palatable than an "app" that allows the player to choose what clothes the LIs wear in-game. I still think it's unnecessary eye-candy, but it wouldn't severely impact development time once set up.

In my rush to judgement, I interpreted the original posts on here as the greater of the two evils.

Changing what the girls wear in the story/game based on a user menu would require an astronomical number of parallel renders for every clothing combination, so I think this is more of a "paper doll" app where you can pick. Most likely the renders are clothing tests they have already done (like the poll samples that they put out for voting) so will create little or no backlog in the graphics output that might delay the actual game-required renders. Also the code portion may have been a side task they can accomplish waiting on renders to complete and be plugged into the storyline for testing and fixing, so isn't stealing time from main progress. if they are leveraging an existing gallery function with some minor customization the development effort would be minimal.

Yeah, i feel like it's more along the lines of opening the girls profiles on the laptop and you can see all their information. Then you can change their shown profile picture with this dress-up...thing...they have planned.

That's right, the last scene is with Eve in the haunted school, I don't know if you noticed but when you are outside the building you can see a "ghost" woman in the highest window on the right.

I really like that game and just got episode 6.0 . There are some older versions of the game on my computer and I wonder if I could delete them all to save space. Will the game run alright with episode 6.0 only. PS: I have the same problem with some other games.

Yep. You can delete each previous version. The only time you might want to keep one is when the game actually splits, usually because it gets too big to keep all the episodes (or whatever each dev wants to call them) in one "file".

So long as you keep your save and persistent files (especially the backups in your appdata folder), you can delete the whole thing if you really want to, and just download the full game again when the next update comes out.

they must think women make up a major percentage of their userbase.
or its just another excuse to continue to shit on what people prefer by giving them an opportunity to wank one off over nude sophie/hill/eve while they get mia to rape the mc in their "story mode"
theyre releasing a clothing mod instead of making what they were supposed to
they manage to disappoint as usual despite me not checking this thread in ages since last update. shit is not even worth pirating at this point
