I don't remember anything about the 3. sister from the game, but there is a common usage of this: "If you don't do this or that, then you are dead to me, and never contact again." So are we sure that?

IIRC when MC says maybe Claire will visit, Kate replies "No............ She won't". And then changes the subject.

also more than likely she and miller had a thing going on, and the front seat was hers in Miller's car that is why none can sit there

I'm very sure Claire is or was the wife of Miller. The "S +C 1995" engraving in the little park, which is touched by Miller, does fit in the timeline. Also there is a flour in the store which is called "Millers wife" which idicates he was marriered. I explained it further on the

It's 100% Hill's room. She says in Chapter 6 sth like MC can sleep in her bed and he goes back to this same room. Also I think he told Eve that he did shower downstairs in Ms Hill's room.

This is an interesting theory. I agree with the suggestion that Shawn and Clair were a couple once, perhaps even married, and maybe that does explain some of Mr. Miller's quirks (no riding in the front seat)... However the flour seems like a bit of a stretch. This flour company pre-dates independence (1771 AD). If the company were to be owned or operated by Shawn Miller in some way, it would probably be part of the story.
