Unfortunately, it seems Ms. Hill isn't showing any interest, so it'll be nearly impossible to make a move on her. Even though the choices indicate this, there's still no progress. 3 years of development and nothingIn 2 years, so in 2 updates, I don't think there will be "action" with her
If that's what you really believe, I recommend looking at the night MC returns drunk. Really take notice of the dialogue used and the more subtle renders. It takes every ounce of her willpower to act proper and she still can't help herself from teasing the MC a little.
