I'm surprised you picked those renders to make your point when they are similar but quite obviously different. You could have picked I don't know how many renders of Mike from the last update to more clearly demonstrate your point.

Regardless though, you're still talking a minimum 4000 clicks, depending on how the dialogue goes (it could be easily double that), so it is, by any metric, a "decent-sized" update at the very minimum. Your only real argument against that would be in terms of story and character progression, and we won't know about those until we get to play the update.
I was showing examples of head tilts and different zoom angles. Of course they are different renders, that was entirely my point. Go back to the scenes and see that a decent length scene is filled with a high render count whereas some other devs might use a quarter of that number. Render count, especially for this dev, is not a good indicator of update size. That's what I'm saying.

It is a good indicator . 0.5 had 3600, render and frankly nobody complained about the update size / play time . 0.7 , according to them will have 4000 render, so I expect at least the same play time as 0.5.

0.6 was a big anomaly, but not because it was short, frankly people would not even complain if it was short, the major problem with 0.6 was that it take the same amount of time, if not more than 0.5 and now 0.7, and they had 1800 render, and yeah, there was the toaster and to much render wasted on Mike , sure , but trully if they would have gave that 1800 render in 4-5 mounth , instead of more than a year, , they would have face less negativity.

Yeah and there's also this:
However, the update is currently at over 4k renders and about double that in animation frames for video production.
I don't know 0.5 animation render numbers but I doubt it was double the regular ones.

As other people said. 4k renders is a big number but it remains to be seen how much of it is just a slight shift in head angle or renders of a conversation between the MC and people who are not the LI girls.
Those slight shifts in angles are one of those things that make this game special, you rather have a static render of a girl talking?
This game has lot of attention to detail, too much at times in my opinion :ROFLMAO: but that the game the devs are making and what they want to make, by now if people don't figured that out yet I really don't know what to say.

It of course makes a scene feel more 'alive' when you render head movement and lip movement to a degree. But it also masks the true size of an update. Could be 4k renders but only 3 scenes/conversations if it's overdone. I'm cautiously optimistic but again we'll have to wait and see.

It seems to me that in such renderings, the developers themselves dream or want to see their characters somewhere in the distant future, not limited only by the context of a summer camp. I love such mundane Reality renderings.

Yes, somewhere in the distant future. I hope I'll still be around to see the end of the game... at this rate of updates, I'll be in the retirement.

It has been so long since I played this game that I already forgot pretty much everything. The problem with updates that take over a year to come out is that it's very hard to meet people's expectations.
What I don't understand is that they say they have done a long format, meaning that they storyboard the update and then create the renders for the scenes. So, what exactly was their previous update's storyboard? 'MC wakes up and has another lewd with the same girl as last time. Then he wanders around and explores an abandoned warehouse and takes his relationship with Eve backwards. Then he pisses off Kate and takes his relationship with her backwards. Then he takes a nap." Sorry if I forgot some details, it's been over a year since I played this.
