now for ms hill. she's the riskier yet in my opinion actually more likely girl to do this. ms hill is the perfect archetype for something like this: single, hot, lonely milf who's clearly pent up. give her a rapport with the mc and you're on a fast track to sexual encounters. the only problem with this is that, again, progression with ms hill is so stunted that it would make NO sense to have something so explicit happen between them this soon. the only scene we even have with her is a pseudo-flirty conversation where she's in a towel trying to take care of your drunk ass, and while she shows some interest, she doesn't really flirt back with you at all or anything. she would need at least a FULL update of development to even get to the jacking off stage, let alone penetrative sex. whether the devs will commit to this development rather than increasing her horniness by 11 and making her do something in this update, i don't know. i did say i think it's more likely, but thinking on the status of her development, i would probably concede it to mia, though definitely not this update. you can forget about the other girls for sure, in no way are we getting penetrative sex with them for at least another 2 updates. not if the devs want to keep up the progression of the relationships they have. i expect mia and ms hill to be skipped this update, sexual (read: non-penetrative) scenes with bree and eve, and a lewd scene with sophie. that's my prediction. that is rough lol

The part you forget about Mia is that it is strongly implied she and MC already fucked before, losing their virginity to each other if we go by the hints. That comes into consideration when looking at how she would act with him, while you are right about it not being fair to the other LIs, I don't think your analysis is entirely correct

My understanding is that pubic hair can cause all sorts of problems when posing and rendering (I have no Daz3D experience whatsoever, to say what sort of problems those might be). So even if a dev likes their girls to be hairy, I hear it's a lot easier to work in Daz3D if they are shaved.
