Great, just what the game needsWe've been working on a new feature for the in-game laptop that'll allow you to dress the characters and design your own outfits. It's a dress-up simulator!
New roster things. Absolutely not a necessary thingin-game laptop that'll allow you to dress the characters and design your own outfits
Would be better if we could change MC's skin from that splotched ginger nightmare to something aesthetically pleasing.Great, just what the game needs. If it doesn't take too much development time should be fine, still, I think the devs should focus on the story instead of pointless features like a dress-up simulator

People generally find her less attractive compared to the other main girls. I believe this is largely because MC is able to get close to her too easily, which makes her affection undervalue. In terms of appearance, she’s just as stunning as the other girls. One key difference is that she already has a deep emotional foundation with MC, which means MC doesn’t need to make much effort to win Mia over.Mia looking fine as hell in this red swimsuit. I don't see how anyone can hate this Angel.

It's already done, they just have to add the dress pols to the game as a sideshow or whatever. No extra work at all.Great, just what the game needs. I think it's a matter of her story role not her looks or personality. She's cute and has a dump truck ass, she would be wife material irl, but the game pretty much forces her on you since the beginning. Sometimes when you take something for granted it loses value. You have to chase the other girls and that's part of the appeal I think.People generally find her less attractive compared to the other main girls. Yeah, agree...Great, just what the game needs. If it doesn't take too much development time should be fine, still, I think the devs should focus on the story instead of pointless features like a dress-up simulator

Hmmm i don't thing that's what it is tho. Seems more like a photo mode where you can't fit and pose the girls, in the menu or something (like a characters/models viewer in some games). I don't think it's gonna impact the game what so ever.Different clothes mean x times number of renders per any given scene
maybe its just me, but the devs just had major backlash because of a lackluster update, and the main plot not really going anywhere, so I'm wondering who on their team decided that the dress-up feature should take priority over actually moving the game along.![]()

Hello, everyone!
This week was heavy on coding and rendering. We've been working on a new feature for the in-game laptop that'll allow you to dress the characters and design your own outfits. It's a dress-up simulator! Right now it only includes the main girls but we might choose to add some side girls too.
The dress-up simulator has potential to expand a lot with multiple poses and clothing options in the future, but for starters we're focusing on the clothes already in the game. Ever wondered what Sophie would look like in a red bikini? Well, now you can find out!
Soon we'll get to progress to the individual girl scenes. These are always nice to work on as there is only one character on the screen to focus on, at least most of the time. The rendering rig has also been keeping busy! During the last update, problems started piling up around this time as the outdoor scenes became little bit problematic, but it's smooth sailing now.
We also worked on Freeplay and Ember content, as well as going over the plans for a lewd scene.
Weekly summary:
- 89 renders
- Ember dialogue
- Dress-up simulator
- Main girl bios/gallery
Other news
The poll for Mia's swimwear has ended and #4 was the overwhelming favorite across all tiers! No need to break out the calculator this time. We've also attached the images to this post in case you want to have a closer look.

Them working on that dosn't mean it take priority on the game Plus working on little side project is always good for the mental when you work for years on something. Also you guys bashing the game all the time is getting old, can we not move on?maybe its just me, but the devs just had major backlash because of a lackluster update, and the main plot not really going anywhere, so I'm wondering who on their team decided that the dress-up feature should take priority over actually moving the game along.

Don't give them ideasWhat next? A volume-like slider to change the MC's cock size?
Another aspect to this perspective is that what the player and MC experience are different, so the player formulates different reactions than MC, leading to many "WTF?" comments. MC has this back history with Mia which is slowly being revealed which informs why he is the way he is around her though there are huge missing pieces (did they have a fight? did MC have a total blackout and not remember anything that happened with her after the party so she's in hate/love with him?). The other side of this is that the player sees things that MC does not, Mia's sidelong looks (at the pickup location, on the stairs, the couch and watching MC hanging out at the pool), her sulking on the stairs (if you didn't leave the pool earlier), etc. which leads the player to formulate an opinion of Mia that the MC can't add in to his experience. So yeah, some people think she's psycho creepy and others think she's pining away.People generally find her less attractive compared to the other main girls. On the other hand, for the other girls, players must go through the process of getting to know them alongside MC. This process gives players a sense of having truly invested effort, which makes them cherish the emotional connections with these other girls more. This is also where MC and the player diverge—when it comes to Mia’s relationship, the player and MC are not aligned. MC already knows Mia, and their bond wasn’t built through the player’s efforts. In this sense, Mia can be seen as the “easy mode” of the game, while the other girls represent the more challenging modes. Of course, this is just an imperfect analogy.
This perspective is something I rarely see discussed as a reason why Mia is less popular. Personally, I really like Mia, but I also understand the common criticisms people have of her—such as her insecurity, jealousy, and possessiveness. I did feel the pressure from her during my playthrough. So, I don’t think these criticisms are unreasonable. On the contrary, I feel the same with them.
If I recall correctly, during her introduction, we can sense her repressing her desires when she writes about her hopes for the future. I think she’s someone who deeply yearns to fly free but is weighed down by worries about reality. At the same time, she’s incredibly kind, always striving to suppress her anxieties. For example, her interactions with Sophie evolve from guardedness to friendliness. And when she realizes her unintentional mistakes, she immediately wants to apologize to Sophie. To me, this shows she is truly a kind-hearted girl—just someone who finds it hard to let her guard down. She’s far from the exaggerated “yandere” stereotype that some people portray her as.
I believe that as the story progresses, we’ll get to know her even better. I hope everyone can be kinder to her. It’s fine to favor other main girls more, but please don’t overly criticize this kind angel.
It's the "childhood friendship becoming love" trope. Some people don't like that, especially in a non-harem game. But it has its fans. And Mia's fucking hot imoAnother aspect to this perspective is that what the player and MC experience are different, so the player formulates different reactions than MC, leading to many "WTF?" comments. If Sophie wasn't there then Mia would be my go-to, so nothing against her. I think that if we (as players) didn't see how sulky and petulant she is that more people would elevate Mia as an LI. We don't get that perspective on the other girls as much which might taint some people's opinion. If we saw Sophie writing in a notebook "I hate that bitch Eve and hope she dies" with lots of different drawings of ways Eve is getting horribly killed then I would drop her down at least one notch (because, damn that body and those eyes make up for a hell of a lot!).It's the "childhood friendship becoming love" trope. IDK, I find it cutehow sulky and petulant she is

i hear you brother but i think that's more of a kneejerk reaction on our part. I don't believe for an instance that Northpx is just blissfully unaware of the current consensus of their community. Its more of a side thing that they are interested in working on while delivering what the general expectation is. Hopefully opening new opportunities for future content while not burning their passion out.maybe its just me, but the devs just had major backlash because of a lackluster update, and the main plot not really going anywhere, so I'm wondering who on their team decided that the dress-up feature should take priority over actually moving the game along.
