Status Update #37
Hello there!
This week we've been working on the scene with
Bree. We also thought we'd try out the progress bars again, just as a test for this week's update.
For this particular scene, the planning has been done for a while. The script could still use some work, but the renders will be the main focus going forward. There will also be some animations, and no worries, they won't be of the toaster.
We tend to switch back and forth working on different scenes to prevent fatigue and too much repetition. It's a tactic we've relied on in the past as well. It also helps prevent consistency fumbles when you return with a fresh set of eyes.
Work on the sound effects has also continued, and the game code has seen some love from Robison.
We also made an apron this week that goes well with certain curves. We had a placeholder apron picked before, but it would've been annoying to work with since we didn't have full control. And it wasn't as curvaceous. Meanwhile, this new one just works. You can see it tomorrow in Livia's special render. She'll also wear it in the game in the future, and perhaps someone else with curves might wear it too.
Next week there will be a new preview of 0.7.
