When you end a day, it's one of last options you can choose. It will skip to the last day.

There are three banging paces, you can tell them apart both from animation and bang-o-meter's icon. Banging is broken in periods about four seconds\ticks each. You have to adjust your pace every time satisfaction stops increasing after one period. Required paces pattern is random, so sometimes you can fill the satisfaction bar just altering two slower ones and keeping most of your stamina.
Wait so for threesomes/foursomes you dont actually bang them all at once, they are just in the same room?

According to the ci-en of the developer the game on steam has been updated to the same as dlsite/fanza. He also already has plans with Kagura to release the DLC not much later after the japanese release which is set for August.
