I would prefer fewer paths and more content for everyone as opposed to many paths but very little content unless you decide to play all paths.

Thats why I dont support the dev. Not saying the dev should do what I want - its his game. He can and should do what he wants. But just as it is his wish to do what he wants to do with his game, it is on me what I choose to do with my money. And the above is the reason I will not support the game. I dont think I am getting enough value out of it to justify supporting. When it is completed I might buy the finished product on steam but thats about it.

Still, the dev seems committed to having a bunch of branches, so realistically the options are either more frequent releases for only some paths like they do now or much less frequent releases with updates for all paths.

I prefer this over a dead silent Dev who writes every 2 month an update on how fucked up his life is and the update is delayed cause of that.
Progress is progress. Be thankful for every update and progres report we get.

Yeah, that's a good point. Progress is slow, but at least it's pretty steady and there's frequent communication without excessive over-promising. That's probably one reason I find it more tolerable, even if I obviously would prefer if progress was faster. I'm sure the dev would prefer if it was faster too.

This is one of the rare games where you REALLY don't want to use a mod to try all paths at the same time. Like Elduriel said just use the walkthrough in Settings and play a couple of paths apart from each other.

The LI's will mostly stay the same on every route. With current available routes you date between 0 and 2 girls at once, split between 3 girls, but the atmosphere and stuff you do for each route becomes (completely) different as the game goes on.

Having now played the update, I'm pretty sure the dev has either (1) lost their desire or ability to work on this project or (2) no longer thinks working on this project is a good return on their time investment (or maybe both 1 and 2). It's really a shame they've got a little more than half of a really great game, but they are now producing content at 10% of the rate they were a couple of years ago. I'm betting this gets a string of increasingly widely spaced small updates like this one before getting abandoned sometime in 2027.
