Hey, thank you for being interested in the game.
If you compare the first updates and the way I do it now, you can see that I try to make a separate render for each replica of the character. Because personally, I don't like it when we read a bunch of text in one picture. It doesn't take so much time, I'm more distracted by "life" and the daily routine

Your overall strategy is sound from the beginning. Your plot and storyline are solid and works. You have one of the best characters in the industry (Kasie) that inspires interest in the game. And no one can't say your animations of key scene lack quality. All those things are your secret sauce for success, and if you have a great recipe for spaghetti don't change it.
The only issue you have is turnaround time in updates. I mentioned spaghetti recipes and I been told mine is to die for-- it takes no less then 3 hours to make (6 to 8 if it's really going to be really good) the sauce. Now if I was to open a restaurant and that was my signature dish, my production time would kill the business. But unlike me, you have opened a restaurant and this game is it. Does that mean you scrap what you started and "speed" things up? Nope, not at all.
You might want to adjust the plot lines to make the wait time more worth it. The best way I can see that is threefold. First, using your renders to better explain to the audience Kasie's inner conflicts about her relationship(s) with her brothers to build anticipation and explain to the gamer why Kasie isn't there yet to surrender herself to the situations (arousal/relationship). Second you move to logical progressions that would occur inside a relationship with that is natural and if need be, use Kasie's fears, concerns, and attitudes to adjust the time of key events that matches what you have already decided from the start of your project. And third, keep in mind the "fallout" when Kasie and her brother(s) reach that point you have set. Now if it's your plan to go beyond at some length of time the moment Kasie and the other characters are physically involved, the third Act of your story are the consequences of the relationship and all its complications.
I wish it was possible for you to copywrite Kasie as protected intellectual property. As a character replacement for most of the games out there she would be perfect. I guess it comes down if you can see ways to tweak the tempo and speed of the game to hit on the factors you most wish to give to the player as to your vision and adjust the overall timing of the game itself. Basically, you are running out of summer since that is the timeline you have set. Though doesn't mean you HAVE TO STICK TO JUST SUMMER
. Meaning if it isn't till the last week of summer vacation that all the events lead up to the physical relationships that Kasie and or the boys doesn't seek each other out on weekends and holidays or Kasie who I assume has vacation time at work built up that she can't take time off and....
