Just do a search in this thread for details about 3P, that question must have popped up a dozen of times by now. Short version is, all 3 characters are lovers with each other, already had sex with each other, all horni monkeys. Then the option has a chance to appear when two of them have public fun and the 3rd one interrupts.
Cheat window still works fine too, which is crucial to me because I can't imagine playing this game without the Block Interrupt setting now, especially with more characters.
So yeah, anyone having trouble with non-working dl links or grabbing content from the official site, just follow these steps and get everything from the sukebei mew~
Thanks for the detailed rundown, I hadn't really kept up with updates/DLC these past few days so that helps. I did exactly that (except step 1 as I already had the STN Repack with previous HF patch), and everything works fine. New personalities appear in the editor, I tried loading some of the new character cards in a random previous save and talk to them, no issue so far.

Me neither (not enough to decipher the moonrunes at least), but you can just open the page with Chrome and use the built-in translator. Results are a bit sketchy sometimes, but it work fine for simple content like this.
In-game translation vary slightly though, like Young Lady -> Ojou-sama or Naughty -> Mischievous, but you get the gist.
Glad to finally have a bunch more voice sets btw, it always kind of irks me when several characters have the same voice and lines.
Probably the most infamous torrent site for this kind of content. Just google sukebei nyaa and the name of the game you're searching, chances are it will be the first result.
Too lazy to read forum rules and I do not see people posting links too much so I'm keeping it vague...

It's also to keep not exactly super legal sites away from normal people eyes. And less problems for this forum (and yourself) in case of troubles.

Yes, I just checked, all the clothes are updated, including the one from the DLC.
Hmm ... I can see the gardener set but not the Fujin set (pre order bonus for personalities DLC). Maybe I need to download it separatelly ? I only installed main game update + dlc from a fev pages back. did you installed HF patch with hardmod pack ?
Yap, it looks like I need to download Fujin set somewhere separatelly, 'cos I don't see it's card anywhere in outfits either (both in game and in files).
