How to apply the new personality patch to my game, help would be appreciated

Unzip, copy the folders and replace them in your main folder, then apply patch 1.4 and you're done.

this happens if the sampling rate and bit depth of your soundcard is too high ... had the same problem and recognized windows had changed my settings to 192khz and 24bit. after i changed it back to 44.1khz the problem was gone, just some minor cracks here and there. seems poorly optimized in this regard ...

Did tweak some settings but it still the same. But thanks for the suggestion

Slow-motion sound? Well that's a new one...
Can not even suggest much other than try vanilla game, then add dlc, then HF with 0 mods, then HF with mods you want...
Games can have stuttering/laggy/choppy sound if there are windows/dribers/dying hdd problems. But games newer go slow mode sound only, unless some slow-mo is an intended game mechanic.

Its fine with my other games, its just been happening to SVS. Not sure how to really explain it but it sounds like it was struggling to keep in sync with the game, the music and audio starts to go slow then comes with abit of distortion after that it comes back to normal. Not sure what triggers it but the problems comes every few mins and so. Been using Betterrepack with latest HF patch. Not sure if its the HF patch problem or maybe the SVS betterrepack is outdated at the moment

Can you share the file for the DLC? the link dosen't work, it make me download an html file that leads again on the same page

Did tweak some settings but it still the same. But thanks for the suggestion

if you have an nvidia card have a look if "NVIDIA High Definition Audio" is enabled, or if you have other unused audio controllers ... if so, disable them.

I have had lots of problems with high refresh rate monitors, if you have one.
I had to put mine back to 60/120 Hz to make the game run normally (on Nvidia drivers 566.03). Not too sure why, because I swear a previous update worked just fine on 240 Hz.

yeah, have my screen locked to 60 Hz too ... also disabled HDR, works and looks better most of the time.
