When you release a teaser trailer, your aim is to attract attention and funds, otherwise why make it public? You don't need to tell the world what's your plan in your head.
This looks pretty bad when the dev's current project is not really going well.

I get it at this point, the dev is actually not interested in making porno, it's a love story about "explore sexuality" so "no sex" make sense - yeah maybe we won't even get a "final fuck" as the ending. But he shouldn't create the misconception of "there'll be porno" as first impression, hence invited so many complains about it.

We don't really know if the dev's current project "is not really going well" (actually, his Patreons have increased pretty steadily). The fact that it doesn't go in the direction you were hoping doesn't mean it's not appreciated in general.

I don't really care about what direction it's heading, I only care if it's a good game. It has nothing to do with "Me", just like it has nothing to do with "You".

No, you shouldn't plan ahead another project when your current project is not even half way thru, especially as a solo indie developer.
Having other ideas that's not related to current project >>> Not fully committed to current project / having second thoughts >>> and we all know what'll happen next.
This is generally bad, especially for new developers, as they are more often inexperienced with project management.

But it doesn't matter what the dev "Should" or "Should Not" do, it's his game, he can do whatever he want.
I'm not funding him, so I don't really care.

um, the 'fact' in question is that... you are complaining?

Also, I think you're overinterpreting what he did, he just had an idea for a future game and tested the waters with his Patreons to know if it could be attractive enough to spend time to develop it in the future, it doesn't mean he wants to develop the two games in parallel.
It's totally normal for people to have an idea for novel stuff while they're working on another project, that's how the creative mind works.
