Don't worry, you're right, and sane of mind. That NTR tag is one of the stranger things on this site. Basically the three female protagonists have had a sexual interraction with other characters than the MC, and in order to keep the anti-NTR ayatollahs from filling this thread with their whining-attacks, that is considered as NTR...even though it has nothing to do with NTR (humiliation, despair, cuckolding, etc.), since the MC doesn't give a flying fuck about it, or isn't aware of it...but anyway.

When starting a game, did you chose NTR on or off?
With on, Mia gives a couple of blow jobs, and a hand job to others (from memory). Whether these are seen as NTR is a matter of opinion.

They don't. Early on, I think in part 2, Mia gives the dad a BJ during a blackout (he can't see and thinks it's his wife). And later in the game, Emma tries to have Mia have a live sex show with the dad (they're both masked so they don't know each other's identity). Mia has fallen for MC at that point, though, so she can't go through with it.

Yes but that's called swinging. And its not the MC. NTR is something very specific, typically Japanese/matriarchal, actually probably related to some kind of oedipian loss-of-mother shit where the woman who plays a maternal role in your life (wife, friend, etc.), and you are supposed to trust, betrays you. In Japanese porn movies, it is almost always a poor dumb "sarariman" husband who appears regularly through the story and in the final climax scene drops his work briefcase, as he finds wifey getting pounded on their marital bed, and in Japanese porn games, the MC himself.
No worries I'm not going to start yet another debate about this, now that Inceton made their anti-"NTR" option available, but I'm just reminding that this stupid word, which has a very specific meaning in the culture and language it stems from, is now used for anything that is not a harem or post-apocalyptic scenario with one dude left in the world. It just shows how so many people can't separate their (sad and lonely) real lives from porn, and seek some kind of affectionate and emotional refuge in these games, which after all should be just fun and fap.
