I just finished with the main story, still have the side ones to do, but Summer with Mia 2? I did some searching and couldn't come up with much information. Any one have information on this or is it a kinda hush hush situation to prevent leaks until the dev is ready to release it?

No focussing on "mothers and shit", just doing a bit of armchair psychology on how it can be related to betrayal by someone you trust, that's all, in a culture (yep, Japan, which I was referring to at that point) pretty much obsessed by the mother-son paradigm. No need to get so upset by the word "mother" when you read it.
I wasn't saying it was restricted to Japanese production, but that it stemmed from it. The fact that the rest of the (english-speaking) world didn't come up with a word to describe something so specific (do I need to quote that definition again?) until it borrowed the acronym from the Japanese word netorare, which is an entire genre of its own in their porn industry, means it understood this term was dealing with a particular feeling, situation, atmosphere, whatever. That's what people do when they agree on new words and terms, and thus enrich their vocabulary. Otherwise, we just would have kept on using the word "cuckholding".
You probably don't give a damn about what I'm bragging on anyway, so from now on let's try not to keep on pissing each other off too much, especially on this thread.

Wasn't there a first attempt (unofficial perhaps) at having act 1 on renpy some time ago? Very short, and soon abandoned. In that one MC and his neighbour friend use a drone I think to spy on her, and she might have been blowing Nathan then. I've accidently lost that game while cleaning up my Mia files, wonder if its still somewhere on this site, I like those high-heels she was wearing (for once) as she was leaving the house for the evening.

Right, thx for the info. Browsed the first few pages until they talk about the current remake format, and no link, so I guess there is none for now. I sent a message on discord asking Inceton or anyone else to post a link back, but it might be considered a rather strange request. Wouldn't mind replaying it though, even unfinished and abandoned, I remember clearly those final renders of her in some skimpy outfit and black lady high-heels, saying something nasty and bitchy to her soon beloved brother before going out.

thx, gave me the idea to check it out, I saw those initial renders of Mia, where she looks like an angry, 40 year old divorcee (don't know why), while the mother still looked as young
...Links like k2s or fileboom are either dead or premium, and anyway it would probably last hours, etc.
Well if anyone can/wants to put that version on some mega link, it'd be cool...I doubt Inceton would want to do it themselves, and it might very well cause some mayhem with people constantly asking them why not/if/when that version will be completed.
