After the shit she's pulled- and I'm assuming I didn't even see the worst of it - like she was literally blackmailing them into forcing their mom to be a porn star when I left it. That's so fucked up on so many levels - she has zero chance for redemption in my eyes. And the fact that she probably gets forgiven in the second game makes me not want to play it even more.

This one had all the drama and some pretty hot sex scenes.
The second one is, well, it's boring.
We've gone from a drama filled sex fest to a bland, generic, vanilla date sim.
The MC isn't interesting enough to carry the story (dev has watered him down since this game), Mia has lost her edge, the new girls haven't added much of anything even the party girl is boring. To top it all off it's had people whining about the aunts content due to the flashbacks ...
People calling flashbacks to her teen years, ntr. It's the dumbest shit i've ever read. It's at that point you realise these idiots have no idea what ntr is and just label any old sex not involving the MC, even shit that happened years before he was born. Not to mention it's optional content. People whining over shit they don't even need to see.
The dev removed everything that made Summer with Mia fun and made one of the most boring games i've played.
It's not often I have regretted playing a game but Summer with Mia 2 is one I regret. I got so bored that watching people read stories from Reddit on Youtube took my attention away.

I said exactly the same thing.
This one had a ton of things going on and interesting characters but it's like the sequel was made by someone completely different.
The took out everything that made this fun and left us with bland characters in a bland setting with a bland plot.

Well, here's a rather interesting one after all. After playing a few other games from the same dev, which were either not finished or finished as if to get rid of a problem. Like “Inside Jennifer” whose final chapter was rushed to say the least. Here, I am pleasantly surprised by the turn of the story, which for once is not just an avalanche of scenes that follow one another. Still some errors in the dialogues, but nothing crippling. We're not done yet, but this little family drama is refreshing, the girls are really hot, the H scenes aren't perfect but not disgusting either, the characters aren't the brightest, but not totally stupid.. I know some will disagree, but it makes this story quite realistic. Probably a fantasy among many others for some, and very close to reality for other sex adventurers. Many people think that once the hypothetical red line is passed, something like hell or I don't other mysterious lands awaits them. So either I'm already in hell, or I would tend to think that breaking down a few lies that constitute the very essence of taboos can only do good to those who are able of it. It's quite wheird, and even almost amusing at times, how afraid people are to learn the truth about themselves, or those around them. I hope no one feels targeted or offended here. I'm not talking about anyone in particular, and I respect the opinion of others, as much as I appreciate having mine respected.

I agree with you that 1 is much better than SWM2. Also the game as RPGM was interesting, when they change it to renpy I lost interest. The same was with Anna exiting affection. As RPGM it was great, now as renpy I`m not even checking it
