well only ntrish on main game are sam getting bj from mia while mc fucks her in changing booth at swimming hall and mia's dad thinking that mia is his wife and forces her to give a bj and dck using "tool" to examine mia.

most ntr is on extra scenes (sidestories from lwm).

yes but more stable. same main story, some things that were in lwm main story are on sidestories and only thing missing are random fucks (like mc fucking that suicidal girl who can't die) and those stupid quests like chasing batnun etc.

That was the RPGM version, dev didn't do any beast stuff after that.
