Believe it or not, some females have natural bodies that resemble Mila. Though yes Kim K did have lots of work done and will have lots more done. Some females in college get work done for breast reduction, lift, and or to go up a cup size. What people were saying is that Mila in chapter 1 looks too cartoonish for the game, my point was that there are more cartoonish girls IRL, so we shouldn't try to bring realism in a game that has a random college with nothing but 10/10 girls attending it. So no it does not confirm what they are saying, it does the exact opposite. Also somehow people are unable to differentiate personal taste to what should or shouldn't exist. I don't like flat girls, i HATE any type of "loli" or just in general short really young looking girls, but if people want them in their games and i know there are plenty of games like that here i wouldn't go around and policing their taste while pretending i am arguing for "realism" on top of it.
