Some bugs will be fixed, grammar issues will be fixed, and I think the dev said some new images were left out on accident and will be put in to replace the old ones. Overall it wont be that different. If you are impatient, play now. If you can wait, then wait. Shouldnt be more than a week or two.

No it's the update really is awesome and I had no bugs at all, only the gallery istn't working but there is already a mod for it.
It was a save for the current version I just didn't have the patch yet. So all I did was name the MC. I should of known better when I added the patch to restart.

Damn this game is crazy good and I never thought I'd say this but might be better than BaDIK... The long animations are so dramatic and detailed does anyone know how long it takes the dev to make them?

I actually agree with you, i still prefer BaDIK more personally. But this is a solid close second for sure.

Who in their right mind would compare Summer’s Gone to BaDIK?
Summer’s Gone is infinitely better. BaDIK is a walking cliche: we have a dude who’s a perv, yet all the girls are into him. Slowburn? Connection? What are those? Give us some badly written sex scenes and that’s all we need. Renders are nice, I gotta admit. But that’s not enough.
Summer’s Gone has it all: an intriguing plot, characters who actually feel alive, REMARKABLE RENDERS and finally... MC who doesn’t fuck anyone who has a hole. You actually have to get girl’s affection! Gotta love it.
Initially, chapter 1 wasn’t it for me but after giving the VN another shot I can (at the very least) say that i’m in love. I only wish updates would come out faster but then again, when it comes to such quality content like this, I can and will wait.
Overall, this is the best VN I’ve played. Simply because it makes me feel. And that, relating to the MC, is never easy.
Please support Ocean on patreon if you can. He deserves it.
Also Bella > any girl.

Fully agree with you here but that the girls in BaDIK are not alive is not really true in my eyes.
Yes you can Bang everyone if u want, but the Character Story's are not poorly writen in my opinion.
We shouldn't compare games like this in the first place.
Games are not at war with each other. This isn't a Win-Lose situation.
Everyone has a different taste, talking games down isn't a nice thing to do.
Instead, we should just embrace that there are so many different games out there. So many perspectives from where we can observe the world. It's a Win-Win.
Putting two games against each other in a way like this always ends up in bad blood between the two groups.
Nobody wins.
But still, thank you for your nice words regarding SG.

I was just pointing out that Summer’s Gone has lots of amazing aspects. This doesn’t necessarily mean BaDIK doesn’t have them as well (nor am I a hater of the game). What I meant to say was: for me, the quality of Summer’s Gone just stands out.
I do think that BaDIK’s characters feel alive. However, I’m deeply amused by the sex scenes. Those just don’t feel real to me at all. It is a game with adult elements but honestly it also feels like a plot of some porn sometimes lol (due to how characters act). Well, my opinion at least

I think the reason comparisons were made because unlike a lot of games on here, they both are of a higher quality. I would not say one is better than the other, that's impossible due to subjectivity. As well as the fact that Summers Gone has a more serious feel to it, as opposed to Being a DIK's more lighthearted feel. So two completely different approaches to these types of games overall. If I had an income right now though, Oceanlab and DrPinkCake would be the ones I would gladly hand my money too.Yeah, I understand everyone has different tastes, of course. Don't be a flatterer. I agree that SG is one of the best and most promising games on this site, a revelation if u want to put it like that, everything is perfect when we talk about the visuals, but the plot is weak, it doesn't convince IMO. Just played it for the second time this year, and it's not there. Sorry, don't mean to offend the dev, I'm a big fan of both SG and WIAB, but let's be honest, the start was just top-notch quality visuals and 0 plot. I find WIAB's plot more interesting, there's a lot more to be seen in that game.

The things I pointed out aren't a game breaker, but some of them need justification to look believable. The biggest plus both SG and WIAB have is the dev himself. The dude is a hard-working man, a professional who constantly communicates with his fans and tries to improve himself, that's how a real dev should be. So if anybody can deliver a game of the year material, that's our boy Oceanlab. Looking forward to seeing how the game evolves !!

I dropped DIK with a sense of disgust after 5th episode and don't think I'll ever go back to it again. But as Ocean said, it's not worth comparing games/music/etc. Popularity is not a sign of quality (in my understanding )

This was hands down the best update in any game I've played.
The character development was just...wow! loved it.
I'm still confused tho,
some scenes are over the top edgy it gets annoying while some scenes make you fall in love with the story/characters...
B4 this update I absolutely hated Bella, I felt like she is just another problem child with a sob backstory while on the inside she is actually nice(huge fucking cliché tbh) and decided to ignore her in the future updates but after this update I'm not sure I can do this lol. Loved her in this update
And one more thing can we please get some Victoria content (not lewd scenes, just normal scenes are fine too) in the next update. She is the BEST GIRL! Looking at her smile makes me feel really good and positive.
